I've been in this for about a monthm not sure if they're helping. Maybe I need larger dose. But it doesn't irritate my gut which is good.

It's alright
I've been on benfotiamine for about 6 weeks and I have not noticed any improvements in my digestion or energy. Maybe I need to take a larger dose. No side effects either, so that's a win.
