I've noticed that my sleep has improved - I still wake up a number of times throughout the night but I find I fall back asleep faster rather than tossing and turning for hours. I take SAMe in the morning and then Theanine at night time so not sure it can be attributed to just SAMe.

I’ve been on this SamE for about a week now at 2-day. I have noticed a definite improvement in my mood, but other changes have also occurred so I am not 100% sure if this is from the SamE or a combination of factors. Either way, I will continue on the product as I do feel it is potentially making a difference!
