Works a bit

Unfortunately, I haven’t had the noticeable difference others have but I have found when I have low/moderate levels of stress, it’s a tad helpful. Doesn’t touch tough anxiety - at least not for me.

I love these pastilles. When I need to calm down to sleep at night I simply pop one into my mouth and let it dissolve. I slowly unwind and feel calm. If I’m having a hectic day and get rattled I will also pop one into my mouth. The effect is so very subtle. Calming and soothing!
