I love this product. It works good because it is a synergistic product with other things mixed in like plant horse tail which is a plant based silica to provide a building block to make calcium more bio available. It contains 12 herbs, minerals, transporters and vitamins.

I find this synergistic blend works well. It has helped healed my broken foot and my broken leg caused by accidents. I have given it to my 93-year-old mother, my sons who have broken bones.
