Choose your favorite brewing method and use 2½ Tablespoons freshly ground beans for every 8 ounces of water. For Bulletproof Coffee: Add 1 Tbsp grass-fed, unsalted butter and 1 tsp Brain Octane oil (gradually increase to 1 Tbsp). Blend 20-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
