This bio-optimised formula contains 1000mg of vitamin C daily, derived from a blend of four gentle, buffered, mineral ascorbates (magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium).

It is enhanced with citrus bioflavonoids and rutin to improve the absorption of vitamin C and is strengthened with added zinc for immunity. In addition, Synergy C contains sea buckthorn whole pulp extract (raw equivalent of 1000mg daily).

Expensive but effective

There's cheaper Vitamin C out there, and whole foods sources are always best BUT they can be loaded with carbs. This time released C was the X factor that helped to heal a number of nagging musculoskeletal issues, particularly tennis elbow. Citrus bioflavonoids ad extra oomph, but be careful if you have histamine issues. I would buy again. Can Prev products are generally excellent.
