Sadly this product was not for me. What is good for some people isn't good for others. I took one capsule one day I got really bad diarrhea which I expected due to the description but the next day shortly after I took another capsule I got a really bad headache, that was 5 days ago my head is still pounding I can't go about my normal day. Also as others mentioned on tiktok my period returned the first day after no period for over a year so kinda sad about that too.
