Love this product
I have been using this product for years. I take a break from using it of about a month in between bottles. I read that this is often recommended. During this month period I can't wait to get back on it because of how it makes me feel. I notice the greatest benefit from how it helps with my sinuses and seems to help with mucus and histamine release. I also believe it helps my body rid inflammation. I recommend this product.
