My immune system was under stress, so I began to look for various products, to help me through it. I was taking a variety of anti-oxidants and herbs. This was recommended to me by a Natural health consultant, as something a little different. I'm well now, so if you are looking for something extra, maybe a different type of support, here is something to try. It has other uses, as well.

Unexpected results from CF ip6 & inositol
I had originally started taking Ip6+inositol to lower high ferritin. It was ineffective for lowering my ferritin but it lowered my urinary calcium. The normal range is lower than 6 mmol/d. For over 20 years my number was 8 and 9. No matter what dosage of diuretics the nephrologist prescribed, it did not change. Then I started taking ip6+inositol for ferritin 3 years ago. My calcium came down below 6. High urinary calcium means there is a leak and is therefore a risk for osteoporosis. I have found no evidence in the literature for ip6+inositol correcting calcium leak, just my personal experience.
