They didn’t have my preferred Udo 369 oil in the large bottle, so I opted for the flax organic oil instead. It is quite a bit cheaper so if you were on a budget, but want the benefits of Ola in your diet that I highly recommend this more reasonable alternative. It is yummy and taste delicious by the spoonful, straight or on anything even yoghurt.
