MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:
Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) . . . 1.2 g
Adults and Adolescents 13 years plus: Take 4 tsp 2-3 times daily. To prepare, stir 4 level tsp (4.8 g) into at least 250 ml (1 glass) water, juice or milk, stir briskly and drink immediately. Children 6-12 years: Take 2 tsp 2-3 times daily. To prepare, stir 2 level tsp (2.4 g) into at least 125ml (1/2 glass) water, juice or milk, stir briskly and drink immediately. All age groups: Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Do not swallow in dry form.

Hi. I’m finding this product to be very handy in the glass bottle. The husks are small which is nice. However the bottle was pricey compared to purchasing bulk so I’ll keep the bottle and refill with the bags of husks.
