Tastes like coffee with a hint of cinnamon. I love how convenient it is, and the dose of caffeine is perfect to get me through the afternoon. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven't noticed any "calming" effects. Would still recommend to a friend!
