This stuff is very mild tasting, nothing funky with the mushrooms and the hot pepper is barely noticeable. I like to blend it up with my coffee in the morning with a little extra kick. I've noticed energy from this as I'm a shift worker and I'm always looking for ways to boost energy on night shifts without having caffeine overload. It is very mild tasting; perhaps I used too much water. I will purchase again!
