I have been using this hair color for quite some time. Always enjoyed it. Easy to use and the scent is good. Also most important is that it is not tested on animals. I do find that when I am rinsing out the color, you need to use their conditioner that is included in the kit, plus I have my own thicker hair conditoner and I also use a detangler, as hair feels quite dry. So need to really condition your hair after using the product. I have not used this one I purchased, as I am going to do some hair analysis, and for this you need samples of uncolored hair. So saving this for when I am able to send in a sample.
But again, this brand of hair color is the best and would recommend it for those who want to look their best, while using a product that is cruelty free.

Good product

Easy to apply, and colour turns out good even though it's darker than expected. 5M alone does not cover grey 100%, so if you have more than 20% grey, make sure follow the manufacturer's suggestion and mix it with 5N. I will try it next time and provide an update.
