Children 2-5 years: dissolve 2 tablets under tongue 3 times per day. Children 6-11 years: dissolve 3 tablets under tongue 3 times per day. Adults and Children 12 years and over: dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 3 times per day. For acute situations: every 15 minutes up to 8 doses, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
