Not sure how good they are or not, but they are the best tasting chewable C's out there. I just like to have some supplements that I don't have to swallow.

Incorrect ingredients list

Had to return because The ingredients list is incorrect . There are no bioflavonoids, Rosehips etc( important for absorption)
