I have NOT RECEIVED my December 27th 2020 order # 1479785. Canada post said it was delivered on Dec. 30th 2020 but I HA E NOT RECEIVED IT! I phoned your company on Jan 4th 2021 and spoke to Jason, he said he would start the tracing process and I would hear back from you in 48 hours....that has not happened... I have not heard from you nor have I received my order. Please, please look into this and let me know as I took advantage of your last promotion and am looking forward to my products. Thank you.
