Good product

I usually buy liquid fish oils from other brands but tried this one this time since it was cheaper. It seems to be as good as other products in terms of EPA and DHA content, but I liked the tastes of the other two. Not saying this one tastes bad though, it’s just not my taste. I might try different flavour with this product next time.

Recommend

I recommend this product for EPA and DHA levels; for price point and level of effectiveness. I primarily use this product to manage my (localized) eczema. Very effective. I will continue to order this product from Vitasave.

Love this omega 3!

My husband was in Canada recently and bought this at a conference. We love the taste, the flavor hides some of that oily feel. I was happy to find Vitasave & no fuss shipping to the states! It's still less costly than what we were using.

Tastes great!

Yes this fish oil does taste great. The citrus flavour works well to mask the dreadful taste of cod liver oil.
I find that good cod liver oil keeps my finger tips from cracking during the cold months of winter. Cracking and bleeding finger tips are quite painful and slow to heal so anything that prevents them from forming is awesome. My mild arthritic joints no longer cause me issues. Aching joints are just no fun at all.
Omega 3 fats are used in every part of the body thus makes a good supplement to take every day since most Canadian diets lack the proper intake of this essential fatty acid.

Note: IMHO if one burps up a fishy taste then the fish oil (or capsules) has gone rancid and one should not consume it at all. This should not be a problem as long as it is kept in the fridge and finished before the expiry date. I have never experienced any problems with fishy burps with this brand and some other top quality brands from Iceland. Yes I have experienced these awful tasting burps with some other fish oils and capsules on the market in the past.
