Children 5 to 10 years: Take 1 tablet, one to two times daily. Children 11 to 16 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily. Adults and children 17 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times daily OR 2 tablets upon rising and 1 tablet before bed.
Son likes the taste and it’s great that it’s a chewable. Haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it works but so far no complaints.
