Himalayan Crystal Salt
Fill neti pot with approximately 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt and stir to dissolve. Lean head forward over basin, place spout in right nostril forming seal. Breathe through mouth, tilt head sideways so right nostril is above left. Pour solution through right nostril - it will flow out the left. Empty pot, then blow nose gently. Repeat for left nostril. Use distilled water if tap water purity is questionable.
