Two tablespoons (30 ml) once daily. Take with a meal in 100 ml of water or orange juice. Use the calibrated measuring cap provided in the package to obtain an accurate dosage. Shake well before each use. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
First time buyer and I have been taking this daily, mixing it with this other green power that I purchased from here and both are mixed in a smoothie or with water. Not bad so far. I took this as preventative so I cant talk about a direct effect or benefit that I have felt since starting
