Shallow them done for your bones!
I like to make sure that I get enough calcium so I take a supplement and have done for years. When there is a history of osteoporosis, you need to be proactive. Because these are a gel caplet, you need to make sure that they get all the way down to your stomach. So it could be a good thing to have a snack with them or with a meal. I had one stick a little bit. Other than that, everything is fine with this type of supplement.
