This was not the product I had expected and I did not notice the diiference until after I got home. I was acctually looking for Calcium Magnesium which I had bought before but there was none on the shelf that day, so now I know that I should have waited until the correct product was available.
The problem with the Magnesium alone is that I ended up with a severe case of diahrea and only realized today that the cause is likely the magnesium citrate and I have stopped taking it. I believe that there should be a big warning that it may cause diahrea but it is only now in the small print.
I would be pleased if I could return the unused portion of the product I bought.
