A bit too sour...
I don’t mind taking magnesium this way, but I do find it is a bit too sour for my taste. Heating up the water before adding it to the powder helps a bit.

Works for me…
I take this to add to 4 caps of Algae Cal per day. Helps with digestion and sleep if you take in in the evening. Great to prevent constipation due to inflammation. Reasonable pricing at vitasave.
