I like the 1 mg tablets, so I can adjust the dose as needed. I usually take 2. The 5 mg tablet is too strong for me. Being sublingual and quick-dissolving is essential. I'm often already in bed when I remember to take it. If I had to get up, it would defeat the purpose of aiding falling asleep. My only complaint is the mint flavour. I'd rather not have any flavouring, as there are times when mint interferes with my allergy treatments.

Just enough melatonin
I'm sensitive to melatonin and can't handle the 5mg tablets...too heavy on my system and I wake up groggy. These are perfect, and I can always take 2 tablets if I want to sleep deeper. Thanks Vitasave!
