I have taken Natural Factors Methylfolate 1000mcg (B12)every morning for many years and was not sure if I was benefitting so I stopped for one week. My energy level dropped and my mood dropped so I started taking it again and my energy level and mood when back to normal. It is definitely helpful for me an easy to tale.
