I have had fibromyalgia for over ten years. PEA is the only thing that has noticably reduced my pain, especially the pain in my joints and bones. Supports pain reduction
I have been taking this for over a year. It definitely works to reduce the body ache and specific areas of pain in my condition.
I do take it with a prescription pain med now, but originally, the PEA alone did help.
I recommend starting low and going slow up to the recommend daily dose.
