My husband is 73 and has been on prostate support for many years and hasn't had a problem. There are other products that contain many more beneficial ingredients and I think these are better for men with problems but this product is good for men going into their 50s, 60s etc to help them keep their prostates healthy.

I realize that saw palmetto is usually viewed as a supplement for men and prostate health. However it is really helpful when it comes to bladder control, for women.
