Natural Factors SeaRich Omega-3 is a liquid fish oil with a lemon meringue flavour. One teaspoon (5 mL) supplies 750 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA. Helps support cognitive health and brain function.
What is SeaRich Omega-3? SeaRich is fish oil from anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel, all small oily fish. Each teaspoon holds 4500 mg of fish oil with 1500 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) make up most of that amount.
