Good sleep aid without melatonin
I cannot take sleep tablets with melatonin as I have a negative reaction to them. However this one is good. I take it after dinner and by the time I’m ready for bed, I’m relaxed enough for sleep and I don’t wake in the middle of the night. I also don’t feel groggy the next day.

Really works!
I've been using Natural Factors Sleep Relax formula for several months now and it's really helping me to fall asleep. I suffer from chronic insomnia and have tried lots of different medications and sleep aids. I prefer to use herbal remedies rather than prescription pills but not all herbal sleep aids work for me. NF Sleep Relax formula has no side effects for short term use. Long term it may give you 'dry mouth' during the night. I highly recommend it.
