I have taken this for years. It helps so much with my pms particularly the irritability. Instead of being in a rage over something stupid, it reduces it to mild irritation.

Great product and price

I was buying a pharmacy brand of primrose oil before this and I’m now saving a good amount of money by switching to vitasave. The product is also great, I only need to take. Couple of capsules a day now, instead of 4-6. Would recommend.
