**Mouthwash:** Adults: add 1 Tbsp (15 ml) to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly. May also be used to gargle if desired. Use 2 to 4 times per day. **As a Freshening Internal Deodorant:** Adults: drink 1Tbsp (15 ml) in a glass of water or juice 2 to 4 times per day. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If cramps or diarrhea occurs, reduce the dosage.
