This is now my fourth bottle of Hydraplenish. I understand that it may take a month or more to notice any changes. I got it because I wanted to protect my knee connective tissue that seemed to be having problems during yoga classes. It certainly seemed to work well for me. Then, because of supply issues, I ran out and wasn't able to get another bottle until now. My knee is happy again after about 3 weeks of taking it. I'm not always consistent taking it, either, so I'm quite happy that it's helping to build up the knee so now I can expand my working out to dancing! I'm very pleased to say, as well, I've had no digestive issues with it, either. An excellent product, although, it seems a bit pricey.
