Slippery Elm Bark
This is an amazing inexpensive product that is good for all kinds of issues with your throat. I had a hernia in my esophagus that led to a lot of coughing and often my throat closing up when I slept. As long as I take this product the coughing stops completely and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with breathing problems. It's a magical product. I do need to take 4 capsules every day and it takes a few months to really feel the effects but well worth it.
