Non-ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Take 3 capsules three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For each gram of psyllium, take with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12–24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2–3 days. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Avoid long-term use and consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Also take 1–2 capsules of enteric-coated AcidophilusUltra each day.
Works well but it require so many capsules to achieve the full dose. Something to consider vs buying powder. Convenient when out-and-about or travelling.
