Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Sunflower oil and mixed tocopherols (38 mg) (containing alpha-tocopherols, beta-tocopherols, delta-tocopherols, and gamma-tocopherols) in a softgel made of gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

This product has noticeably decreased my inflammation (in my lungs, joints, head, etc.). This product is a Root Cause Protocol approved source of vitamin E. It has impacted my electrolyte balance though (apparently my blood potassium is too high), so be cautious supplementing 400IU or more if you have electrolyte balance issues
