Not too bad!
I take one teaspoon daily with food and was worried about a fishy aftertaste. The light lemon taste is nice, not artifical and there is only the slightest fishiness and it is ok! I also find this oil doesn't repeat on me like other tablets have in the past. Definitely recommend!
