Have started to see positive results.

Bought this a month ago. I am starting to see positive results with my brain health.

I take this for Choline

I am "pregnancy-maxxing" right now. This includes taking choline before I get pregnant to increase stores in my body. It says I can't take during pregnancy, so I'll have to switch to lots of eggs after that.

Taking for Liver Function

I'm taking it for liver function / repair. It's nice to have the Inositol combined w/ the Choline so you don't have to take them individually. Just started taking it so I can't comment long term, but I follow Dr. Eric Berg a little and this was one of his recommendations for improving liver function. I'll re-review in 6 mos or so & update. So far, so good. ;-)
