Lavender Essential Oil
The Now brand Lavender Essential Oil is very high quality. I use it when I have a migraine and it helps to alleviate the pain. It is also helpful as a sleep enhancer. A friend who has a cleaning business sprays some on her clients` pillows.
I also put a few drops on unglazed earthenware and tuck it in my lingerie dresser drawer to keep the items smelling fresh.
In the summer I will put a few drops in non GMO cornstarch and use it to keep my skin cool.
A few drops added to Epsom salt and added to bathwater is relaxing.
I give this product 5 stars.
