Great for liquids/oils

These veggie caps are great to use when you have a oil supplement you want to take but don't enjoy the taste or simply want the convenience. I also purchased a holder so I can quickly/easily fill the caps with a measuring syringe. The work well and do not dissolve/leak as gelatine caps would when filled with oil. I highly recommend.
