Adults performing high intensity, exhaustive exercise: 1 tablet 1-2 times per day. Add one tablet to 500 ml of water, allow tablet to dissolve, then consume. Take one tablet per hour of exercise. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
Great if you need a little extra boost of energy or are feeling a bit dehydrated before you're going to lift. I like the flavor but it could be improved to be more concentrated and just get the very slight synthetic flavor out. The tabs take a while to dissolve fully. Stirring/shaking helps. Not nearly as effervescent as a fizzy drink. Wish they had a wider selection of flavors to choose from.
