Not very effective
First, the bottle pours poorly.
Second, the tast is aweful.
Third, it has to be taken 3X a day which if you are still working, not very practical,
Finally, have not had any perceivable result but may still be early to tell. In any case, I will definitely not purchase anew.

I have benefited significantly from this product. It didn't see the results with the first bottle but noticed quite an improvement after starting the second bottle. A lot of the aches and pains diminished for quite a long time. I took a break from this product and tried something else but ended up going back to the GlusosaJoint.
