This actually has a very pleasant taste - mild if at all. Easy to take. Not think oil. I like that is has Vit D3 as well as the Vit K2 - and for me, I need to take a fat soluble Vit A - this has that in it as well so makes it one less supplement for me to take additionally - I take 8 drops per day in the morning.
