What's in each sachet
Every 3.5 g sachet provides 110 mg of vitamin C and 60 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate. Tribasic calcium phosphate adds 50 mg of calcium and 25 mg of phosphorus. The base is sodium chloride, a prebiotic soluble vegetable fibre, citric acid and stevia leaf extract, so sugar is not on the ingredient list.

How to give it
The dose is the same for children 1 to 8 and teens 9 to 18: add 1 sachet to 500 ml of water once a day and shake or stir for about 5 seconds. For children aged 1 to 5, dissolve the dose in a small amount of water first. Adults should give the dose, and the sachets should be stored at room temperature.
