What's in Prairie Naturals Lean Whey?

Prairie Naturals blends two forms of whey: concentrate and isolate, both micro-ultra-filtered and kept at low temperatures during processing. Sugar is not added, and the label rules out artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners. Sweetness in the flavoured tubs comes from Reb A, a stevia extract, and each flavour carries bromelain and papain, the enzymes found in pineapple and papaya.

How to use it
