Do not take this product: the recommended dosages are INSANELY high. It has the potential to backfire and instead of helping you with memory, mood etc, it will absolutely destroy your mental health. Lion's mane is a 5AR inhibitor and has the potential to ruin your life if you're one of the unlucky ones. Trouble is there is no way to find out if you're an unlucky one until it's too late.
