Add 175 mL (6 oz) of cold water to a shaker cup, then add 1 scoop of powder. Shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favourite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.

Great protein powder
Not super familiar with powders but this is definitely seems better than the stuff I had from myprotein. Flavour is mild, goes well in my overnight oats.
