Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 30g (approx. two scoops) with 300ml-400ml of cold water in your shaker or blender. Consume 1 - 3 times daily, depending on your protein requirements. It is recommended that you take Rule One Protein Cookies and Creme Flavour straight after your workout, as this is when your muscles need those essential amino acids to recover quickly.
