Adults: Take 10 ml (1/2 capful) twice daily. For kosher use, take 10 ml twice daily in a glass of water or fruit juice. Children under 2: as directed by physician. Ages 2-4: 1/5 adult dose. Ages 5-9: 1/4 adult dose. Ages 10-14: 1/2 adult dose.
