My husband used to have extremely painful knees with severe swelling and inflammation. He could barely walk. His Dr said he had rheumatoid arthritis and would probably have to have his knees drained regularly for the rest of his life. He's been taking Sierrasil powder for well over 20 years now. He slacks off once in a while, but then pays the price. He gets very fast results though after starting it up again. It only takes a couple of days as things react quickly on him.
